As if your social calendar wasn’t already positively packed with an endless, sugar plum induced haze of  festive extravaganzas… I decided to bestow this perfectly curated Holiday Bucket List upon all of you today! So clear your agendas ladies & gents, there’s Christmas cheer to be had & copious amounts of eggnog & questionable fruit cake to be consumed; all gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, meat-free & of COURSE free from any, & all artificial colours &/or preservatives ;)… totally just kidding, it’s the holidays, & like the one time that I allow myself to eat ALL of the holiday foods… Anywho, here it is! OKAY, so it’s officially been one entire week since the start of the New Year… how are those health & fitness resolutions coming along?! Are you living at the gym or still reaching for that leftover Christmas fruitcake? Unfortunately according to Forbes magazine, the latter seems to hold more truth. Did you know that only 8% of people actually achieve their New Years goals! 8%?! Why? One reason is because people don’t track their progress. Fitness apps are a great (& mostly free) way to monitor your progress so that you can actually follow through with the changes you need to make. So step away from the fruitcake & go techno! I mean who likes Christmas fruitcake anyways… (more…)
